Having Fun Isn't Hard When You've Got a Library Card!
Library Card Information
Library cards are issued free to Carter Lake and Pottawattamie County residents with a valid state
issued photo identification showing your current address. Children will be issued library cards
when accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with current state issued Iowa driver's license or Iowa
photo identification card and legal guardianship papers.
You will need your Carter Lake Library Card to receive a card at theCouncil Bluffs Public Library.
